On 28 August this year, the State Forensic Science Bureau (SFSB) was visited by Olena Agapova, Deputy Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise (KNISE), and Viktoriia Kulykovska, Head of Laboratory for handwriting Analysis and technical examination of documents.
During the meeting, the Ukrainian experts familiarised themselves with SFSB’s handwriting and document examination laboratories, as well as its technological equipment.
The parties also discussed opportunities for cooperation between SFSB and KNISE in developing new forensic examination capabilities.
SFSB continues to provide support to Ukrainian forensic experts, who are making a significant contribution to the documentation of the war crimes committed by the Russian Federation.
